We always work with the best varieties of olives: cacereña for black olives and manzanilla for green olives. Another characteristic that increases our quality is that each type of olive is produced in a single factory, thus maintaining the same flavor and process of all our production. We produce and pack on demand, we do not work with stock so we ensure that the product is 100% fresh and quality guaranteed. All olives and cans are inspected and subjected to very rigorous quality processes.
The olives are the fruit of the olive tree and are a food with natural antioxidants since they have vitamins of group A, B and E. They have a high content of mono unsaturated fatty acids that make them an ideal food for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, decreasing Cholesterol levels. They also have fiber that makes them easily digestible. They are high in minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and iodine. They contribute to the calcium supply to the body and prevent atherosclerosis.
